We assign an on-site project manager for every installation to oversee the complete build, installation, and integration of your order fulfillment and distribution systemfurnishing the material handling technology as well as customized SINTHESIS order fulfillment software.
Our project management and installation teams follow detailed project management plans and schedules. We oversee construction, coordinating and supervising all SI Systems and contracted services to ensure systems are installed to our engineering specifications, on time, and in budget. Whenever possible, we plan installations around your operations, avoiding interruptions to business.
Installed systems are thoroughly tested and SI Systems project managers stay on-site to ensure system performance meets the terms of the mutually agreed-upon system acceptance plan. We train your personnel in the operation, maintenance, and safe operation of your system. We stay with you through the transition to ensure a smooth turnover to in-house control. Throughout implementation, we provide:
