For high-volume, split-case, item-oriented picking and automated release to pack stations, modular Dispen-SI-Matic Buckets-Through “A” frame order picking technology arranges dispensing channels on both sides, straddling a continuous stream of buckets. Items are dispensed directly into order buckets riding along the conveyor to pack stations. Channel replenishment can be performed continuously, even during the picking process. Intelligent SINTHESIS™ software controls the order retrieval, fulfillment, distribution, and replenishment processes.
