For extremely high-volume, split-case, item-oriented picking, modular Dispen-SI-Matic Totes-Through “A” frame order picking technology arranges dispensing channels on both sides, straddling a central conveyor. Items are gently dispensed directly into order totes riding along the conveyor. Channel replenishment can be performed continuously, even during the picking process. Intelligent SINTHESIS™ software controls the order retrieval, fulfillment, distribution, and replenishment processes.
