SI Systems is an integration partner for several conveyor manufacturers. This allows SI Systems the flexibility to select the conveyor type and brand that best suits your application at the most competitive price. By first understanding your unique business requirements and application needs SI Systems helps facilitate the entire process from concept, to conveyor system design, installation and aftermarket support.
Designing the best conveyor solution is more than simply selecting a conveyor to transport cases or totes to different parts of a warehouse or distribution center. SI Systems analyzes throughput requirements, if and where accumulation may be needed, power consumption, physical constraints and space requirements to match the right technology with the right application.
The conveying system is often only one of many critical elements in an order fulfillment project. Other equipment such as A-FRAME, pick to light, voice directed picking, carousels and warehouse control software (WCS), are closely integrated with the conveying system. As your system integrator partner SI Systems extensive experience adds significant value managing the entire project that lead to high quality solutions at a competitive price.
Motor Driven Roller Conveyor
A roller conveyor that is driven by a series of energy efficient 24 volt DC motors. Since the drive train is distributed along the conveyor length multiple functions such as different speeds, multiple directions and run on command starting/stopping of individual conveyor sections can be easily accomplished.

Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor
The rollers on coupled sections of roller conveyor beds are belt driven by a wide belt down the center of the rollers. These sections of belt driven live roller conveyor can be used for transport or controlled accumulation of product.
Line Shaft Conveyor
The rollers on coupled sections of roller conveyor beds are driven by bands tied to a common drive shaft along the beds. The same drive shaft can be used to power curves, transfers, merges and other accessories without the need to add motors. Drive shafts are easily coupled together providing for flexibility for growth or process modifications. Line shaft conveyor can be used for transport or controlled accumulation of product.
Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyors are offered in two (2) basic bed configurations, roller bed and slider bed. Roller bed uses a series of non-powered rollers under the conveyor belt to support the belt and product while a slider bed uses a metal pan under to the belt to support it and the product. Both configurations are primarily used to pull gaps between products, level transport, inclines and declines. Slider bed is used when more controlled conveyance is required such as tracking of product.
Narrow Belt or V- Belt Conveyor

The rollers on coupled sections of roller conveyor beds are driven by direct drive narrow belts or V-belts along one side of the conveyor beds. These sections of belt driven live roller conveyor can be used for transport or zero-pressure, dense pack, contact accumulation for variable product sizes and weights.
Gravity Conveyor
Gravity conveyor is available in both standard and light duty. Basic types are roller and skate wheel sections configured in straights, curves, sweeps and air brake bed sections.
