SI Systems is a “Select Integrator” for Interroll’s Crossbelt sorters. 

Interroll’s Crossbelt sorters provide the highest reliability and availability of over 99.9 percent. The high level of availability is due to the unique, patented carrier design that eliminates the need for any electrical drives, sliding contacts or control elements. The robust mechanical carrier design utilizes a positive sensor and compressed air to activate the fail safe product discharge.

  linear space is limited.
• Rates up to 40 cartons per minute.

• Diverts 90° onto a parallel or perpendicular takeaway.
• Air-operated arm can be controlled manually or remotely.

4.  AutoSort 03: Bow Arm Sorter

• Ideal for shipping and/or receiving operations with a medium rate requirement and where product orientation needs to be preserved.
• Rates up to 30 cartons per minute.
• Handles a wide variety of conveyable items up 75 lbs.
• Diverts at an angle of 45° and product maintains orientation.
• Air-operated arm can be controlled manually or remotely.

5. AutoSort 04: Flat Face Sorter

• Ideal for shipping and/or receiving operations with a high rate requirement.
• Rates up to 60 cartons per minute.
• Handles a wide variety of conveyable items up 75 lbs.
• Gentle controlled sweeping action diverts conveyable items at a 45° angle.
• Air-operated arm can be controlled manually or remotely.

6. AutoSort 05: Pop-Up Wheel Sorter

• Ideal for shipping and/or receiving operations with a high rate requirement and numerous divert locations are required.
• Rates up to 90 cartons per minute.
• Handles a wide variety of conveyable items up 75 lbs.
• (3) Rows of wheels lift the product onto a 45° takeaway.
• Modular construction allows for unlimited sorter lengths and countless divert configurations.

7. AutoSort 07: Line Sort Sorter

• Ideal for shipping, receiving, and/or zone routing operations with a medium rate requirement. Or when diverse live roller applications are needed in a small area.
• Rates up to 60 cartons per minute.*

• Diverts at an angle of 30°.
• Reduces costs without sacrificing performance, due to a power sharing design.

8. AutoSort 12 – 13: Sliding Shoe Sorters

• Ideal for shipping and/or receiving operations with a high rate, high volume requirement.
• Rates up to 250 cartons per minute.
• Advanced tracking system communicates the timing and amount of shoes needed to accurately divert product.
• Available in single or dual-sided configurations.
• AutoSort 13 features a shoe design of extruded aluminum and sound insulation.

9. AutoSort 16 – 17: Multi-Belt Sorters

• A surface of multiple individual tensioned belts transport product.

Controls

All sorter types are controlled by SI’s Sortation Director which is one of SI’s Order Routing SINTHESIS™ software modules. SI’s Sortation Director Interfaces with the sortation controls to route orders to only the required processes.
