The Order Distribution Control System supplied by SI Systems, Inc. consists of a network of proven distributed computer control systems, each responsible for the complete control of a distribution process. 

Orders are cubed, batched, scheduled and released utilizing our suite of Order Planning Modules.  Shipping carton and Totes are married, routed, tracked and directed to the appropriate picking area all under the direction of SI Order Routing Modules.  Orders are picked complete, shorts are identified and corrected and replenishment is brought to forward pick locations utilizing SI Manual and Automated Picking Directors in coordination with the SI Proactive Replenishment Director.   Finally complete orders are directed to packing stations where an order is  packed, shipping labels applied and invoice documents inserted into the shipping carton as managed by SI Order Complete Modules.

In addition; all order picking activities are stored in data tables which are accessable by SI’s Web based DC Wizard and Visual Factory applications.  Whether you are sitting at your desk, in a conference room or away from the facility you have 24/7/365 access to key performance metrics and graphs and can adjust your picking operation in real time based on current conditions.
