Software Modules
DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ Picking Director
Maximizes the order filling throughput of one or many SI DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ A-frame automated item picking machines. Controls each channel of an A-frame to dispense the correct number of items to a moving belt or into a passing tote. Diagnoses order progress, shortages, out-of-stock, and other fault conditions in “real time”.
Main Features:
- Maintains inventories of item quantities stored in each lane and A-frame
- Controls electrical and mechanical devices associated with picking actions
- Records performance statistics for each DISPEN-SI-MATIC
- Tracks orders through each A-frame
- Coordinates injection of items picked to a belt or into totes or cartons
ASRS Director/Gantry Picking Director
Communicates to multiple automated storage and retrieval systems, SI ROBOTIC-APR™ gantry robots, and controls processes, optimizing the travel time of ASRS cranes or gantry robots to maximize system efficiency.

- Provides operator directives via terminal displays
- Verifies correct pick via automated or manual bar code scanners
- Coordinates movement of multiple ASRS cranes and gantries
Carousel Picking Director
Communicates to multiple vertical or horizontal carousels, including light bars and displays, and controls processes, optimizing carousel rotation times to maximize system efficiency

- Coordinates movement of multiple carousels to improve operator efficiency
- Groups picks into batches when multiple orders are picked together
