WMS/Legacy System Interface

Receives pending customer orders from the host WMS or Legacy System computer and returns order fulfillment results and performance data to the host. Transactions are easily accomplished with minimal programming that can be implemented by your own IT department.

Information Manager

Validates, reformats, and stores pending orders in a relational database on a common server. Process events associated with each order during fulfillment steps are appended to the database. Order data is accessible to each SINTHESIS software module so that all applications reference the same key data. Inventory storage locations are controlled.

Information Access Director
