Software Modules

Establishes and prints pick lists for individual orders or groups of orders for batch picking. Sequences order items into a pick list in relation to SKU location, by zone and by slot, assuring maximum manual picker productivity. Printed pick lists can be automatically inserted into an order tote or carton at the SINTHESIS Order Initiator  Station.

Pick-to-Light Director

Tailors pick lists of individual orders or order batches based on each specific pick-to-light configuration. Sequences order items into a pick list to assure maximum picker productivity. Communicates pick instructions to the pick-to-light systems and receives real-time feedback of picking actions.

Computer-Managed Picking Director

Determines and coordinates pick lists for each picker and sequences items to be picked to assure maximum picker productivity. Sends pick instructions to the proper marquee display, wrist display, hand-held terminal, RF terminal, or voice communication mobile unit. Receives real-time confirmation of pick completions or shortages and reacts with the appropriate direction immediately.
